Educational Activities :

We offer Educational/coaching Programmes on an ongoing basis to the employees of the cooperative Banks appearing for Diploma and Certificate Courses. This initiative is aimed at ensuring supply of professionally trained manpower to the rural banking sector. At present we are coaching /training for the following Diploma / Certification Examinations of the IIB & F.

• Higher Diploma in Cooperative Banking for Cooperative Bank employees
• 100 Hrs. Training/ Certification Programme for Banks' Recovery Agents.
• 50 hrs. Training / Certificates Programmes for the employees of BPOs engaged is the recovery process.
• Certification programme for Business Correspondence and Business Facilitators

We also propose to commence soon weekend coaching classes for Certification Programme "JAIIB's" -- for all eligible employees working in various Banks,conducted by Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
